Update on Top of the Hill Project and Temporary Closing of Municipal Parking Lot #9:
Please be advised that, as a result of unforeseen delays in the start of construction of the Top of the Hill project, the closing of Lot #9 has been postponed. Lot #9 will be available for parking on January 1, 2020 and will remain open until further notice.
All temporary parking locations will be unavailable for parking until Lot #9 is closed. Parking in Lot #9 will be available to all permit holders with a valid A and B parking permit. Those with valid A and C parking permits will be permitted to park in the Cedar Hill Baptist Church Lot (12601 Cedar Road) as of January 1, 2020.
Please note that C permit holders will only be permitted to park in the Cedar Hill Baptist Church beginning January 1, 2020. A diagram of the Cedar Hill Baptist Church parking lot showing the spots designated for use by City permit holders can be found at: www.clevelandheights.com/TOHparking
When Lot #9 is closed for the construction of the Top of the Hill project, you will be notified and informed of the temporary parking locations in proximity to Lot #9 as identified in the City’s Temporary Parking Plan.
